Tuition for the Upcoming 2024-25 School Year will be voted on by HCNS Board in May 2024
Annual tuition/schedule for the 2023-2024 (September – June) school year is as follows:
2023-24 Intro to PreK Program – Tue
9:00a – 10:00a
$65/session due upon enrollment
2023-24 Preschool Program – Mon, Wed, Fri
9:00a – 1:00p
$4800 ($470/mo x 10 months after receipt of $100 non-refundable deposit)
PAYMENT
Payment can be dropped off at school in the Tuition Drop Box during normal school hours, mailed or paid online (an invoice will be sent via email).
The annual tuition for your child is divided among 10 payments, unless you opt to pay in full prior to September 30th. Tuition is not pro-rated for months where there may be no school for several days (December and June, for example).
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
The first tuition payment will be due in advance by July 1st for all students enrolling in September, with the remaining nine payments spread over the months of September through May.
Payment is due on the 5th of the month, payable by the 10th. A $25.00 late fee will be charged if payment is not received by this time.
If payment and late fee ($25) are not received by the 15th of the month, your child will not be allowed to attend school until payment is received.
Parents must ensure that the email they give HCNS is the most up-to-date as that is where all tuition invoices and most other correspondence will be delivered.
MULTIPLE CHILDREN DISCOUNT
A family with more than one child enrolled in the school at a time shall receive a 10% discount for any younger child.
